About Luxury Crewed Catamaran BLUE DESTINY
BLUE DESTINY is a Lagoon 620 offering the stability and space of a catamaran with the refinement expected of a premium West Mediterranean charter. Her 2013 build combines thoughtful Scandinavian interiors with modern comforts across four double cabins, each with ensuite facilities. An expansive saloon with floor-to-ceiling glazing frames the Amalfi Coast and Sicilian shores, whilst the generous twin trampolines and bow sunbathing area invite extended time on deck.
The aft dining platform serves as the social hub, where Chef Andrea Emma prepares Italian cuisine. A professional crew of three, led by Captain Francesco Cerniglia, manages all operations. The hydraulic tender platform doubles as a swim station, and a full water sports locker includes a Highfield tender, stand-up paddleboards, snorkeling gear, wakeboard and water skis.
Highlights
- •Four double cabins with private bathrooms and Scandinavian-modern furnishings
- •Professional crew including chef for Italian-focused dining
- •Hydraulic tender platform and full water sports inventory
- •Dual trampolines and extensive bow and aft sunbathing areas
The Charter Experience
Charter BLUE DESTINY from Sardinia to cruise the Tyrrhenian coastlines. Depart from ports such as Palermo or Naples and anchor in the crystalline bays between Sicily and the Aeolian Islands, or navigate eastward toward the Ionian Sea. The catamaran's shallow draft and steady platform make her ideal for exploring anchorages inaccessible to monohulls. Days alternate between protected coves for swimming and snorkeling, and charming coastal villages where local markets and family-run restaurants provide authentic engagement with the region.
Suggested Itinerary
A seven-day Sicily circuit typically embarks from Palermo, calling at Mondello and the Aeolian Islands before crossing to the Tyrrhenian coast near Calabria. Sheltered anchorages off Lipari and Vulcano offer exceptional snorkeling, whilst the baroque towns of Syracuse and Noto provide cultural landfall. Return via the Egadi Islands and western Sicily.
