Chef Dagmar sources local catches and island produce to craft menus that honour Polynesian culinary traditions whilst drawing on global technique. The crew handles navigation, provisioning, and all logistical details, leaving you free to dive, fish, paddleboard, or simply watch the light change across the lagoon.
Suggested Itinerary
A typical seven-day charter might begin in Bora Bora, anchoring off Matira Beach for an evening swim and alfresco dinner. Days two and three navigate to Fakarava, where the crew positions ZEN QUEST for sunrise views of the outer reef and afternoon manta ray encounters. Mid-charter, sail deeper into the Tuamotu Archipelago, anchoring in gin-clear lagoons where few other vessels venture.
