About Crewed Sailing Yacht SOPHIA
SOPHIA is a Dufour 63 purpose-built for discerning sailors seeking authentic Mediterranean exploration. Designed by Umberto Felci, she balances high-performance sailing with generous interior volume. Two generous master cabins, each with en-suite facilities, accommodate up to four guests in comfort. The saloon features dual sofas, a dining table, and a fully equipped galley for the on-board team to prepare home-made meals daily.
The sheltered cockpit and aft deck form the social heart of your charter. An expansive seating area, dining table, sunbeds, and integrated BBQ create the ideal setting for al fresco dining, sundowners, and morning coffee. Below deck, the electric swimming platform and comprehensive water toy collection (two SUP boards, snorkel gear, and dinghy) extend your activities beyond sailing.
Construction excellence distinguishes SOPHIA. Dufour's Italian design coupled with French craftsmanship delivers the refinement both nations are renowned for. Self-tacking jib, electric furler, bow and stern thrusters, and bimini shade system reduce operational complexity whilst preserving the authentic sailing experience.

The Charter Experience
Based in Athens and sailing the Cyclades, you explore some of the Mediterranean's most coveted anchorages under expert guidance. Captain Tassos and hostess Liubov have intimate knowledge of hidden bays, local tavernas, and optimal conditions across the Saronic and Cycladic islands. Seven days allows unhurried exploration from the white-washed villages of Mykonos and Paros to lesser-known islets and crystalline swimming spots, whilst your crew handles navigation, provisioning, and all domestic matters ashore.
Suggested Itinerary
A seven-day voyage typically departs Athens, calling at the Saronic Islands before reaching the Cycladic archipelago. Anchor off Mykonos for cosmopolitan dining, explore the quieter beauty of Paros, and discover secluded bays perfect for swimming and water sports. Evening returns to protected anchorages allow leisurely dinners on deck whilst enjoying Aegean sunsets.
