About Bareboat Catamaran SEADUCTION

SEADUCTION is a Lagoon 42 catamaran built in 2023, purpose-designed for independent exploration of the Amalfi Coast. Her twin hulls deliver exceptional stability and generous deck space, whilst the saloon bathes in natural light through expansive windows. The layout prioritises comfort without compromise, with four double cabins, four heads, and a fully equipped galley suited to longer passages.

The open-plan saloon functions as both social hub and quiet retreat, with elegant finishes that blend contemporary design with practical cruising needs. On deck, the broad hulls create multiple zones for sunbathing, dining, or simply watching the coastline slip past. Air conditioning throughout, GPS, VHF, and refrigeration ensure seamless self-catering for up to eight guests.

Available on a bareboat basis for experienced skippers, or with a professional captain to manage navigation and passage planning. Water sports equipment including kayaks, paddleboards, and fishing gear can be arranged separately, extending your exploration beyond the mooring.

Highlights

  • Four double cabins and four en-suite heads accommodate groups or families without compromise
  • Newly built catamaran with air conditioning, modern galley, and stabilising twin hulls
  • Salerno base provides access to Capri, Positano, and lesser-known anchorages in one week
  • Bareboat flexibility to set your own pace, or add a professional skipper for the week

The Charter Experience

Departing Salerno, you enter one of the Mediterranean's most dramatic seascapes. The Amalfi Coast unfolds with steep limestone cliffs, hidden anchorages, and a succession of villages that reward both keen sailors and leisurely cruisers. Positano's pastel buildings cling to the mountainside; nearby coves offer protected swimming in crystalline water. Capri's southern grottoes and Sorrento's historic harbour lie within comfortable sailing distance. Between ports, anchor in secluded bays accessible only by water, dine alfresco as the sun descends behind the cliffs, and experience the freedom that bareboat cruising affords. Local restaurants, family-run trattorias, and waterfront wine bars transform each stop into a culinary discovery. The region's calm summer conditions and straightforward navigation make this coast ideal for confident skippers seeking both exploration and respite.

Suggested Itinerary

A typical week might see you motor-sail from Salerno to Positano by early afternoon, followed by a day at anchor in the Emerald Grotto vicinity. Push eastward to Capri for a night in the marina or off-the-beaten-path mooring, then retreat westward via Sorrento and the quieter Atrani roadstead before returning to Salerno. Allow days for unscheduled swimming stops, hillside exploration by tender, and dinners sourced from fishermen and market vendors in each port.
