About Bareboat Catamaran Island Spirit 410
Island Spirit 410 is a modern catamaran offering bareboat charter flexibility for groups seeking self-directed exploration of the Gulf of Thailand. Built in 2017, this four-cabin vessel accommodates up to ten guests across dedicated staterooms and saloon sleeping arrangements, ideal for families or friends travelling together.
Available seasonally from Koh Samui (May to August) and Koh Chang (October to April), the catamaran provides exclusive use from 3pm on day one through 9am of your final day. Your charter includes a tender with outboard engine, bed linens, bath towels, and post-charter cleaning. A seven-day minimum applies; extended bookings of 15 days or more qualify for additional savings.
You arrange your own provisions, crew, and any specialised equipment such as snorkelling or fishing gear. Fuel and water replenishment costs are payable separately. A 50% deposit confirms your dates; the balance is due eight weeks prior to departure.
Highlights
- •Seasonal home ports at Koh Samui and Koh Chang offer distinct sailing experiences and provisioning convenience
- •Four double cabins plus saloon berths accommodate larger groups or multi-family charters
- •Tender with outboard engine included for independent exploration of shallow bays and island anchorages
- •Bareboat model suits confident sailors seeking autonomy; seven-day minimum and deposit terms encourage commitment to thorough planning
The Charter Experience
Sailing the Gulf of Thailand on your own terms means waking to turquoise anchorages, exploring limestone karsts at leisure, and timing beach stops around your group's rhythm. The catamaran's dual-hull design provides stability in warm Southeast Asian waters whilst the open layout naturally suits convivial evenings at anchor. From Koh Chang's quieter northern reaches to Koh Samui's accessible resort infrastructure, you navigate between established provisioning hubs and hidden coves, anchoring where conditions and mood align.
Suggested Itinerary
A typical week from Koh Chang might unfold across the nearby archipelago of Ko Kood and Ko Mak, with time anchored in protected bays for snorkelling and fishing. Alternatively, departing Koh Samui allows northbound cruising toward Koh Phangan and Koh Tao, where reef systems reward unhurried exploration. Flexibility remains yours; anchor long where conditions invite, or move daily according to wind and group preference.
