About Gulet AEGEAS
AEGEAS is a handcrafted wooden motor sailer offering authentic island cruising throughout the Cyclades. Built to classical gulet proportions, she combines traditional aesthetics with contemporary comfort, featuring four generously appointed double cabins suitable for couples or small families seeking an unhurried approach to Greek waters.
The yacht was comprehensively refitted in 2014, with independent climate control throughout all cabins. Two cabins feature ensuite facilities, whilst two additional cabins share a separate bathroom. The generous deck spaces encourage relaxation, with ample sun exposure and natural shelter for dining alfresco.
Highlights
- •Four double cabins with independent air conditioning and ensuite facilities in two cabins
- •Tender with outboard engine for island exploration and beach landings
- •Watersports selection including kayaks, paddleboards, snorkel equipment, and fishing rods
- •Professional crew included, with meals prepared to Mediterranean standards
The Charter Experience
Chartering AEGEAS places you amongst the Cyclades' most coveted anchorages without the formality of larger vessels. Your professional crew manages navigation and provisioning, allowing you to focus on the rhythm of island life. Days divide naturally between sheltered swimming coves, traditional whitewashed villages accessible by tender, and evening meals prepared from regional ingredients. The onboard selection of watersports equipment—kayaks, paddleboards, snorkel gear, and fishing rods—encourages direct engagement with the Aegean's crystalline waters.
Suggested Itinerary
A typical week might encompass the protected anchorages of Antiparos, the archaeological significance of Delos, and the volcanic geology of Santorini's caldera, with private swimming stops at lesser-visited coves and evening arrivals at working fishing villages where tavernas operate directly from the waterfront.
