About Bareboat Catamaran RAYVES
RAYVES is a Lagoon 400 S2 catamaran purpose-built for self-skippered voyages across the Windward Islands and beyond. Her twin hulls deliver the stability and spaciousness of a far larger vessel, with a clean cockpit layout and uncluttered deck perfect for confident handling. Four double cabins and two heads accommodate up to 12 guests, whilst the salon and galley benefit from generous hull windows and opening ports that flood the interior with light.
The yacht balances sailing performance with everyday comfort. A hard top bimini shields the helm from tropical heat, while the seamless transition between cockpit and saloon creates flexible indoor-outdoor living. The forward double trampoline invites gathering under way, and modest creature comforts such as AM/FM/CD stereo, a small amidships office, and charcoal BBQ ensure relaxed downtime at anchor.
Highlights
- •Four double cabins with two ensuite heads for a party of up to 12
- •Unobstructed cockpit with hard top bimini and excellent all-round visibility
- •Forward double trampoline and aft swim platform for water access and lounging
- •10-foot dinghy with outboard, snorkelling kit, and charcoal BBQ for self-catering flexibility
The Charter Experience
Charter RAYVES from the Windward Islands to navigate some of the Caribbean's most rewarding waters. Whether you elect the British Virgin Islands for sheltered anchorages and vibrant beach culture, or venture south toward Central America and the Spanish Virgin Islands, you command your own itinerary. With a dinghy tender and snorkelling gear included, spontaneous exploration of remote cays and reef systems is always within reach. The catamaran's shallow draft and dual-engine design grant access to anchorages larger monohulls cannot reach.
Suggested Itinerary
A typical week might begin in Virgin Gorda, setting course for the Baths and surrounding archipelago before sailing south to Anegada's sheltered leeward anchorages. From there, continue east toward Anguilla or loop back west toward Jost Van Dyke, pausing for snorkelling and beach exploration at favourite spots known only to local skippers. The Lagoon's responsive helm and generous cabin volume make multi-night passages relaxed rather than taxing.
