About Luxury Crewed Catamaran OMAKASE
OMAKASE is a 2023 Horizon PC68, a purpose-built crewed catamaran delivering refined comfort across the British Virgin Islands and beyond. With three elegantly appointed cabins accommodating six guests, she balances generous social spaces with intimate staterooms finished in teak and soft pastel tones. The yacht's design prioritises both relaxation and adventure, featuring a covered flybridge with panoramic sightlines, generous aft alfresco dining platform, and a spacious saloon ideal for evening gatherings.
Your charter is helmed by Captain Wouter Hanekom, an RYA Yachtmaster Offshore with deep expertise across Mediterranean and Caribbean waters, paired with Chef Kelly Sergent, whose culinary background spans Greece, Croatia, the Bahamas, and the BVI. Together, they orchestrate seamless passages and personalised dining throughout your voyage.
The yacht is well-equipped for active exploration, with a full complement of water toys including a tender, Sea Bobs, paddleboards, snorkelling gear, wakeboards, and an inflatable water hammock. These enable meaningful time both above and below the waterline, from reef exploration to island hopping across turquoise anchorages.

The Charter Experience
A week aboard OMAKASE typically unfolds between Tortola and Virgin Gorda, with daily anchorages at secluded bays where you might snorkel pristine coral systems, paddle to hidden beaches, or simply anchor off white sand and swim. Mornings begin with breakfast on the foredeck; evenings centre on Chef Kelly's bespoke menus enjoyed under starlight. The crew manages all logistics, navigation, and water activities, freeing you to set the pace. Winter season charters extend into the U.S. Virgin Islands, accessing a broader portfolio of anchorages and exploring less-visited coves across St. John and St. Thomas.
Suggested Itinerary
A typical seven-day itinerary departs Tortola bound for the northwest anchorages of the BVI. Days one and two might focus on Peter Island and Dead Chest, with morning reef dives and afternoon beach exploration. Mid-week, sail east towards Virgin Gorda and Prickly Pear Island for calm-water paddleboarding and chef-prepared lunches at anchor. The latter half pivots south towards Anegada, renowned for its shallow bays and exceptional bonefishing. Throughout, the crew responds flexibly to weather and your preferences, whether you seek active snorkelling days or languorous anchorages with minimal sail time.
