About Bareboat Sailing Yacht Oceanis 41.1
The Beneteau Oceanis 41.1 is a modern cruising sailboat purpose-built for bareboat charter. This 2020 model combines elegant design with practical seamanship, featuring a twin-helm cockpit that keeps you connected to both sails and scenery. All lines and electronics are helmsman-accessible, making her straightforward to handle whether you're navigating open water or threading through island passages.
Accommodation spans three double cabins sleeping six guests, plus two heads. The L-shaped galley sits adjacent to a generous saloon, creating a natural gathering space for your crew. Below-deck access via a 45-degree companionway is notably easier for children and older sailors, even in a seaway. The transom bathing platform doubles as a diving staging point, whilst the sprayhood and bimini ensure comfort during passage-making.
Highlights
- •Twin helm cockpit with excellent sail visibility and accessible controls
- •Spacious transom bathing platform and dedicated diving platform
- •Bow thruster and full electronics package including GPS plotter and VHF
- •Kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing equipment available to hire
The Charter Experience
The Adriatic from Biograd reveals itself in layers. Medieval stone towns like Trogir and Šibenik sit alongside Venetian fortifications and quieter fishing settlements. Head north toward the Dalmatian islands around Hvar and Šolta for sheltered anchorages and lively waterfront restaurants; venture south toward Šibenik's national parks for secluded coves and protected waters. Late-night bars and sunset terraces line the main ports, whilst the smaller islands offer solitude. Strong summer winds make this coast ideal for sailing, and the sailing distance between anchorages rarely exceeds a half-day passage.
Suggested Itinerary
A typical week departs Biograd toward the Šibenik archipelago, calling at Zlarin, Kaprije, and Prvić islands before pushing south to Trogir's cathedral waterfront. From there, sail west to Šolta and then Hvar, anchoring in Pakleni coves and exploring hilltop wine villages. Return northbound via Brač and Čiovo, timing your final passage to Biograd with favourable afternoon winds. National parks at Kornati and Krka offer protected shallow-draft anchorages ideal for swimming and diving.
