About Gulet MEIN SCHATZ
Mein Schatz embodies the timeless appeal of classic gulet cruising in the Eastern Mediterranean. A 2013 refurbishment brought her to exacting standards, preserving the warmth of teak and wooden interiors whilst introducing modern comforts. With five generous cabins and accommodation for ten guests, she offers the rare combination of intimate scale and serious space.
The yacht's defining feature is her expansive deck layout. Multiple alfresco zones invite you to dine under starlight, settle into cocktails at sunset, or claim a quiet corner for uninterrupted relaxation. Each cabin is appointed with ample storage and private en suite facilities, whilst throughout the vessel soft furnishings and natural materials create an unhurried sense of refinement.
A five-person local crew operates with quiet efficiency, anticipating needs without intrusion. The fleet of water toys—tenders, canoes, paddleboards, wakeboards, and full snorkeling kit—ensures variety whether you prefer activity or stillness. WiFi, air conditioning, and satellite entertainment bridge the gap between escape and connectivity.
Highlights
- •Five cabins (four doubles, one twin) with full en suites for ten guests plus crew
- •Extensive teak decking and multiple entertaining zones for dining, drinks, and sunbathing
- •Tender, canoes, paddleboards, wakeboards, snorkeling and fishing equipment included
- •Experienced five-person crew; WiFi and satellite television throughout
The Charter Experience
Charter Mein Schatz along the Turkish Aegean and Gulf of Gocek, where pine-backed anchorages, Byzantine ruins, and isolated coves define the rhythm of your week. This region rewards both purposeful sailing and deliberate indolence; you might anchor off Oludeniz at dawn, explore underwater reefs by afternoon, then drift to a sheltered bay for evening. The gulet format suits this coast perfectly, offering traditional sailing aesthetics alongside modern convenience. Seven days allows genuine discovery without the fatigue of constant movement.
Suggested Itinerary
A classic seven-day Gocek departure combines the sheltered turquoise bays of the Fethiye coast with less-visited anchorages further east. Typical highlights include morning swims in crystalline waters, afternoon visits to Greek ruins accessible only by boat, and evening anchors in deserted coves. The gulet's shallow draft permits exploration of narrow channels and hidden bights that larger vessels cannot access.
