About Crewed Sailing Yacht LIBRA
LIBRA is a custom-built gulet that embodies the timeless appeal of traditional Dalmatian craftsmanship paired with contemporary comfort. Built in 1997, she has been refined through years of service to discerning charterers seeking authentic Adriatic cruising without compromise. Her design prioritises easy movement between spacious outdoor decks and intimate interior spaces, creating an ideal floating base for exploring Croatia's island chain.
The open upper deck serves as the social nucleus, lined with sunbathing cushions and a generous dining area where Chef Antonio's Mediterranean plates pair naturally with local Dalmatian wines and the coastline's changing light. Below, the saloon offers a refined retreat with lounge seating and full bar service. Six double cabins (accommodating twelve guests) are thoughtfully appointed with ensuite facilities, providing private sanctuaries after days spent in the sea.
What distinguishes LIBRA is her crew. Captain Marko Mrcic has commanded the yacht for over a decade, developing an intimate knowledge of the Adriatic's best anchorages and hidden coves. His leadership is complemented by Captain Karlo Mudnic's logistical precision. Chef Antonio trained at Split's Hotel Radisson Blue and brings fine dining discipline to galley operations, sourcing daily from local markets. Stewardess Ljubica manages all onboard service with multilingual grace and accomplished cocktail preparation.

The Charter Experience
A week aboard LIBRA unfolds as a series of deliberate moments rather than rushed itineraries. Mornings begin with coffee on the foredeck as the crew navigates toward Hvar, Vis, or Korcula—each destination selected for its particular merits rather than generic appeal. You'll anchor in crystalline bays where the water toys (including kayaks, SUPs, and a tender) provide optional activity, whilst those preferring stillness simply read from the sun deck. Evenings gather everyone topside for dinner prepared fresh to your preferences, followed by cocktails as the Dalmatian hills darken against the sunset. The crew's coordination ensures every transition feels effortless, whether you're swimming in a secluded cove or dining at a waterfront restaurant in a working harbor town.
Suggested Itinerary
A seven-day charter typically departs Split for the Hvar archipelago, allowing three days to explore the island's mix of resort glamour and quiet anchorages. Day four moves south to Vis, where the underwater topography draws experienced swimmers and the town's restaurants reflect decades of Dalmatian tradition. Days five through six visit Korcula before a leisurely final passage back to Split, with timing flexible enough to extend stays in ports that capture your preference.
