About Bareboat Catamaran Leopard 38
The Leopard 38 represents the latest generation of cruising catamarans, engineered for performance and comfort across tropical waters. Based in Phuket, this Robertson and Caine catamaran accommodates up to 10 guests across six cabins, including four double berths and two forepeak berths ideal for children or additional storage.
The design prioritises outdoor living with a generous cockpit, al fresco dining area, and hardtop bimini protection. Below deck, the galley-up layout features a spacious saloon with abundant natural light, a dedicated aft galley with serving window, and two heads with separate shower compartments. Twin diesel engines and electric windlass make seamless cruising straightforward, whilst open transoms simplify boarding and water access.

The Charter Experience
Charter the Leopard 38 for unstructured exploration of the Andaman Sea, where limestone cliffs, sheltered anchorages, and crystalline waters define the landscape. The catamaran's shallow draft and stable twin-hull design excel in this region, offering responsive sailing in tropical breezes and secure positioning for overnight anchorages. Included snorkelling equipment and dinghy with electric davit encourage intimate exploration of hidden coves and reef systems inaccessible to larger vessels. Minimum charterings of five to seven days (depending on season) allow sufficient time to reach the Phang Nga Bay, Similan Islands, or eastern passages.
Suggested Itinerary
A week-long charter typically begins with departure from Phuket toward Phang Nga Bay, navigating between dramatic karst formations and exploring anchorages near James Bond Island. From there, venture north toward the Similan Islands for pristine diving and snorkelling, or eastward to quieter waters around Koh Samui and Koh Phangan. The Leopard's stability and shallow draft allow access to secluded beaches and coral-rich shallows where larger vessels cannot venture.
