KORU is a Bali 4.8 catamaran offering three generously appointed queen cabins for up to 6 guests. Built in 2021, she combines the spacious deck plan that defines her class with thoughtful engineering for extended Caribbean voyages. The layout prioritises comfort and sociability, with abundant outdoor living spread across the foredeck, flybridge, and aft dining area.
Captain Benjamin and Chef Juan lead a crew focused on personalised service. The galley delivers refined Caribbean cuisine across daily menus, whilst the captain navigates to quiet anchorages and hidden reefs known to experienced island cruisers. Climate-controlled cabins with private heads ensure rest between days of exploration.

The Charter Experience
Based in St. Thomas, KORU operates throughout the Virgin Islands and Leeward Islands. The protected waters between the USVI and BVI offer diverse sailing conditions, from gentle beam reaches to exhilarating downwind runs. Typical weeks balance active days exploring coral gardens, forested anchorages, and colonial-era settlements with unhurried afternoons at anchor. Guests typically snorkel, paddleboard, or simply observe the rhythm of island life from the deck.
Suggested Itinerary
A typical week departs St. Thomas, crosses to Water Island for first-night settlement, then explores the BVI anchorages around Virgin Gorda and Jost Van Dyke. Days 4-5 venture into the Leeward Islands, visiting Barbuda's impossibly shallow lagoons and Antigua's west coast. The return via St. John allows time for reef work and final swims before re-entry to St. Thomas.
