About Bareboat Catamaran JANI
JANI is a Leopard 42 catamaran purpose-built for independent cruising along the French Riviera's most coveted coastline. Her layout balances open-air living with practical comfort, accommodating up to 6 guests across 3 double cabins, each with private ensuite. The modern catamaran design delivers stable performance and shallow draft, ideal for exploring anchorages from St Raphael to Monaco.
Outdoor spaces define life aboard. The aft deck hosts alfresco dining with unobstructed sea views, whilst foredeck trampolines offer an informal perch for morning coffee or afternoon reading. A raised flybridge lounge provides elevated sightlines toward the Cannes coastline. Below deck, the saloon and dining area feel naturally lit and unhurried, with teak accents and neutral tones throughout the cabins creating a settled, understated atmosphere.
Essential navigation and safety equipment includes autopilot, GPS chart plotter, VHF radio, and depthsounder. A tender and dinghy enable seamless exploration of smaller bays and village harbours. Wi-Fi connectivity keeps you tethered only when you choose to be.

The Charter Experience
A week aboard JANI invites a deliberate pace. Mornings dissolve into unrushed swims from quiet anchorages; lunches linger on deck as the coast slides past. You control the rhythm entirely, whether steering toward the vibrant marinas and café culture of Antibes and St Tropez, or finding shelter in lesser-known bays where time softens with reading and evening aperitifs. The Riviera becomes less a destination than a way of living for seven days. Kayaks, paddleboards, and fishing equipment are available for hire, allowing deeper exploration of coves and coastal villages. A skipper can be arranged if preferred, occupying one cabin and joining meals throughout your charter.
Suggested Itinerary
A typical week might begin in St Raphael, exploring the quieter bays of Port Grimaud and the Îles d'Hyères before progressing toward Antibes and Cannes. Mid-week, push east to the exclusive anchorages near St Tropez, where the coast becomes increasingly dramatic. The final days allow leisurely return passages, with optional stops at boutique marinas or sheltered bays for final swims. Each day can shift between social marina time and solitary anchorages, entirely at your discretion.
