About Gulet CARPE DIEM
CARPE DIEM is a custom-built aluminium gulet built in 2016, designed to accommodate up to 32 guests across 16 double cabins. Her hull combines contemporary engineering with the timeless profile of a traditional gulet, a pairing that feels at home in Croatian waters. Generous deck spaces invite extended time outdoors, from the sundeck with its jacuzzi and sunbathing areas to shaded lounges where the crew serves your preferred refreshments as the Dalmatian coastline unfolds.
Inside, natural light floods the main saloon and corridors through expansive windows, creating bright, uncluttered spaces that balance modern finishes with understated elegance. Cabins are appointed for comfort during multi-day charters, each configured as a double or convertible twin. The galley is equipped for the chef to prepare menus tailored to your tastes, whether plated dinners on deck or casual lunches at anchor.

The Charter Experience
Your seven-day Croatian itinerary begins from Trogir, with your captain and crew of seven charting a course through the Adriatic's most rewarding anchorages. Days unfold according to your preferences: morning swims in secluded coves, afternoons exploring Hvar's harbourside cafés or Dubrovnik's medieval streets, evenings anchored in glassy bays with the old city walls lit by sunset. The crew anticipates your needs with attentive service and technical precision, transforming casual requests into seamless moments. A chef onboard curates daily menus using local ingredients, turning meals into a highlight of each day.
Suggested Itinerary
A typical seven-day charter might depart Trogir for the nearby islands of Brač and Hvar, allowing two days to explore Hvar's harbourside culture and nearby swim spots. The itinerary then proceeds south along the Dalmatian coast, with calls at quiet anchorages and the fortified port of Dubrovnik. Return legs can visit the Elaphiti Islands or reverse course northward, depending on wind conditions and your interests. Shore excursions, dining ashore, and water activities are coordinated by your crew.
