About Bareboat Catamaran Bali 4.3
The Bali 4.3 is a modern catamaran purpose-built for independent cruising in warm waters. Her defining feature is a retractable glass door that opens the saloon to the cockpit, transforming the interior into a light-filled, open-plan space. Three double cabins sleep six guests across four heads, whilst the wide deck plan and dual hulls deliver the stability and room that multi-hull sailing provides.
Natural ventilation comes from oversized windows and hull portlights; air-conditioning keeps you cool during the heat of the day. An electric windlass, autopilot, and chart plotter make handling straightforward. A watermaker aboard means extended independence at anchor. Kayaks, paddleboards, and fishing tackle are available to enhance your time at sea.
Highlights
- •Retractable glass saloon door converts closed cabin to open terrace in seconds
- •Three double cabins with individual fans and air-conditioning throughout
- •Electric windlass and autopilot reduce workload on longer passages
- •Dual-hull stability ideal for bareboat sailors new to catamaran handling
The Charter Experience
The Virgin Islands offer an uncluttered sailing ground with protected waters, white-sand beaches, and anchorages that shift from busy provisioning stops to quiet, uninhabited cays within hours. St Thomas airport is minutes from your departure point; the USVIs are formed by four main islands and over fifty smaller islets, each with distinct character. Reef-fringed bays, local restaurants, and beach bars punctuate the sailing, whilst the British Virgin Islands lie just to the east for those wanting to venture further afield.
Suggested Itinerary
A typical week begins in St Thomas, moving east through the USVIs to Charlotte Amalie for provisioning, then island-hopping through protected anchorages at Water Island, Hassel Island, and the Baths. Experienced crews often extend into the British Virgin Islands, anchoring at Jost Van Dyke or Norman Island before returning to home waters.
