About Bareboat Catamaran Bali 4.3
The Bali 4.3 is a purpose-built catamaran designed for group sailing in warm-water destinations. Her 2018 build combines generous deck space with multiple sleeping quarters, making her ideal for bareboat charters where self-sufficiency and comfort matter equally.
Living areas span three distinct zones. The flybridge provides open-air relaxation and commanding sightlines, the cockpit dining area keeps the group connected during meals, and the main salon with panoramic windows serves as a sheltered gathering point. Four ensuite heads and six cabins (four doubles, two singles) accommodate groups of 8 to 12 guests comfortably.
Practical systems support extended cruising: water maker for fresh water, generator and solar panels for power, electric winches for effortless sail handling, and modern navigation equipment including GPS and VHF. The included dinghy extends your reach to shallow anchorages and remote islands.
Highlights
- •Six cabins accommodating groups of 8 to 12, with dedicated head facilities reducing morning queues
- •Three distinct social spaces (flybridge, cockpit, salon) prevent congregation fatigue on longer charters
- •Self-sufficiency systems including water maker, solar panels, and generator for extended cruising
- •Shallow-draft catamaran design navigates the narrow channels and small anchorages throughout the Exumas
The Charter Experience
Bareboat sailing in the Bahamas offers uncompromised freedom. Depart from Nassau and navigate towards the Exumas, where turquoise shallows, deserted cays, and excellent holding ground reward self-sufficient crews. The Bali 4.3's shallow draft and dual hulls make her manoeuvrable in the archipelago's protected waters. Crew dynamics thrive on spacious decks and multiple gathering spots. Water sports enhance the experience: kayaks, paddleboards, and fishing tackle are available to hire separately, extending your exploration beyond the anchorages.
Suggested Itinerary
A classic seven-day itinerary departs Nassau and traces the Exuma Cays, calling at Thunderball Grotto, the swimming pigs of Pig Beach, and the secluded white-sand anchorages surrounding Black Point and Compass Cay. The route suits varied crew experience levels and offers both protected anchorages for novices and open-water passages to build confidence.
