About Bareboat Catamaran Bali 4.2
The Bali 4.2 is a purpose-built catamaran that balances performance with genuine living space. Three double cabins, each with private en-suite facilities, sleep up to six guests in comfort. The open-plan saloon and expansive deck areas blur the boundary between interior and exterior, ensuring natural light and ocean air define your days afloat.
Catana's design philosophy prioritises both handling and habitability. Weight has been strategically reduced to improve sailing characteristics, while the broad beam and considered layout deliver the kind of space you'd expect from a much larger vessel. Sunbathing pads replace conventional trampolines, maximising the usable deck area for lounging or entertaining.
Highlights
- •Three double cabins with en-suite heads for genuine privacy and comfort
- •Open-plan saloon and generous deck space designed for six guests
- •Full galley, air conditioning, and modern navigation suite for independent cruising
- •Bareboat charter with optional skipper; kayaks, paddleboards, and fishing gear available separately
The Charter Experience
Charter from Airlie Beach and navigate 74 islands set within the Great Barrier Reef. The Whitsundays reward both purposeful sailing and leisurely anchoring. Whitehaven Beach presents powdery white sand and tidal patterns that shift throughout the day; Hill Inlet offers similarly iconic scenery. Snorkel directly from your yacht into thriving coral gardens, or kayak into protected coves at dawn. Each evening, drop anchor in a secluded bay and watch the light drain from the water as the stars emerge. This is sailing that combines genuine exploration with genuine rest.
Suggested Itinerary
Set course for Whitehaven Beach on your first passage, then navigate eastward to Hill Inlet and the fringing reefs. Allocate time for snorkelling at Bait Reef and Langford Island, where the underwater topography changes dramatically. Use sheltered anchorages such as Butterfly Bay and Henning Island for evening stops, allowing flexibility for wind and sea conditions. The Bali 4.2's shallow draft permits exploration of smaller bays that larger vessels cannot access.
